集团设计院院长应邀出席面向未来的可持续住居建设和工业化建筑系列学术论坛

随着建筑业体制改革的不断深化和建筑规模的持续扩大，我国建筑工业化迅速崛起并繁荣发展，国家层面也不断推出新政策、新标准，保障和推动建筑工业化发展。2014年国务院明确指出将“推动智能建造与建筑工业化协同发展”作为核心任务。

With the continuous deepening and innovation of construction industry system and the continuous expansion of construction scale, China's construction industrialization has rapidly emerged and developed. At the national level, new policies and standards have been continuously introduced to safeguard and promote the development of construction industrialization. In 2014, the State Council clearly stated that to take "promoting the coordinated development of intelligent construction and industrialization" as the core mission.

2025年12月，中国建筑学会联合各大高校先后在南京、广州举办了第三届“面向未来的可持续住居建设”学术论坛和第五届中国建筑学会工业化建筑学术交流会。两个大会均是围绕“中国式现代化的‘好房子’建设”与“城市创新”的主题，邀请了行业学术权威、一线专家、教授学者、管理部门领导等分享近年来的创新成果与实践经验。

In December 2025, the Architectural Society of China, in collaboration with various universities, successfully hosted the 3rd "Sustainable Housing Construction for the Future" Academic Forum and the 5th Industrialized Building Academic Exchange Meeting of the Architectural Society of China in Nanjing and Guangzhou respectively. Both of the two conferences focused on the theme of "Chinese 'Good Housing' " and "City Innovation", inviting industry academic authorities, frontline experts, professors, scholars, and leaders from management departments to share their innovative achievements and practical experiences in recent years.

集团设计院院长陈培良高工受邀，先后出席了这两个学术交流大会，并就集团在“工业化智造与绿色低碳技术路径与实践”的成功经验上做了报告分享。陈院长在报告中分享早在2000年，集团就率先开始深入研究建筑产业化和被动式节能建筑技术，历经逾20年的探索、研究、试点与实践。集团现拥有一套完整的远超行业标准的建造体系和标准，在设计上深度关注“以人为本”与“绿色低碳”的设计理念，能自主研发和生产绿色、环保、耐久高性能材料，并且采用全配装预制化构件，高效运维整装装配，完美契合了建设部倪虹部长提出的“好房子”的五大特征，即“好标准、好设计、好建材、好建造、好运维”。

Mr. Chen Peiliang, President of the Citi-raise Group Design Institute, was invited to attend these two academic exchange conferences and gave a presentation on the successful experience of the Group in "Industrial Intelligent Manufacturing and Green Low Carbon Technology Path and Practice". Mr. Chen Peiliang clarified that as early as 2000, Citi-raise have already taken the lead in architectural industrialization research and passive energy-saving building technology. Since then, Citi-raise have more than 20 years of exploration, research, pilot and practice in such industry area. City-raise now boast a complete internal control system that far exceeds industry standards, deeply integrating the design concepts of "people-oriented" and "green low-carbon". The group can independently develop and produce green, environmental and durable high-performance materials, with adopting fully prefabricated components for efficient operation and maintenance. It perfectly fits the five characteristics of a "good housing" proposed by Ni Hong of the Ministry of Construction, namely "good standards, good design, good building materials, good construction, and good operation and maintenance".

报告中陈院长向与会人员分享了集团“好房子”的设计理念及建造中的经验和心得。陈院长分享的集团先进的大空间可自由分隔设计理念、装配式+超低能耗技术，实现高舒适、低能耗建筑的建造理念和系列工程实践获得了一致好评。

In the report,Mr. Chen Peiliang shared with the design concept of the group's "good housing" and the experience and insights gained during these years. Especially the advanced free separation of large spaces, prefabricated+ultra-low energy consumption technology, the construction concept with high comfort and low-energy buildings and series of engineering practices achieved unanimous praise from the attendees.
